Гэвч одоогоор Өмнөд Солонгосын хуулинд үүнийг бэлгийн хүчирхийллийн нэг хэлбэр гэж үздэггүй тул бусдын эд хөрөнгийг сүйтгэсэн хэмээх өөр зүйл ангиар шийтгэдэг ажээ.

Тиймээс хэсэг хууль тогтоогчид “үрийн шингэний терроризм”-ийг бэлгийн хүчирхийллийн нэг хэлбэрт оруулж, илүү хатуу шийтгэл оноодог болгохоор ажиллаж эхэлсэн байна.
