Монголын ирээдүй болсон оюутан залуус, залуу судлаачдын дуу хоолойг түгээх нийгмийн идэвхийг сайжруулах, өөрийн үзэл бодлоо илэрхийлэх, судалгаа шинжилгээний ажлыг эрчимжүүлэх, дэмжин урамшуулах, бүтээлч сэтгэлгээ, шинэлэг санаачлага, эрэлхийллийг нэмэгдүүлэх зорилготойгоор “ЗАЛУУЧУУДЫН БОЛОВСРОЛД ТУЛГАМДСАН АСУУДАЛ, ШИЙДЭЛ, АРГА ЗАМ” СЭДЭВТ ЭРДЭМ ШИНЖИЛГЭЭНИЙ БАГА ХУРЛЫН илтгэлийн уралдаан зарлагджээ.

Бид энэ талаар Монголын Залуучуудын Холбооны дэргэдэх Залуучуудын хөгжлийн хүрээлэнгийн Дэд захирал Б.Нямзулаас тодруулга мэдээлэл авсан юм.

Удахгүй болох эрдэм шинжилгээний бага хурлын талаар товч мэдээлэл өгөхгүй юу?

Монголын Залуучуудын Холбоо болон түүний дэргэдэх Залуучуудын хөгжлийн хүрээлэн хамтран Монгол Улсад залуучуудын байгууллага үүсэж хөгжсөний 100 жилийн ойг тохиолдуулан “Залуучуудын боловсролд тулгамдсан асуудал, шийдэл, арга зам” сэдэвт эрдэм шинжилгээний бага хурлын илтгэлийн уралдаан зохион байгуулах гэж байна.  Залуучуудынхаа дуу хоолойг сонсож, нийгэмдээ оролцоотой байх боломж олгохыг хүссэн.

Хорио цээрийн дэглэмээс шалтгаалаад ч тэр үү залуучуудын нийгмийн идэвх оролцоо суларсан байна уу даа гэж анзаарагдах боллоо. Энэ цаг үед тодорхой зорилготойгоор зохион байгуулж байна уу?

Хорио цээрийн дэглэмээс шалтгаалаад нийгмийн оролцоо нь суларсан байж магадгүй. Цар тахал дэлхий дахиныг өөрчилж байна шүү дээ. Ихэнх салбарууд цахим платформ руу шилжлээ. Ялангуяа боловсролын салбарт хүссэн хүсээгүй шинэчлэлтүүд орж ирлээ. Танхимын сургалтууд цахим, онлайн, теле сургалтад шилжлээ. Энэ нь нэг талаараа цаг хугацаа, орон зайг үл харгалзан тогтвортой суралцах боломж. Нөгөө талаараа боловсролын тэгш бус байдал үүсэж болзошгүй эрсдэлтэй байна гэж хараад байгаа юм. Учир нь хөдөө орон нутагт интернетийн хүрэлцээ муу байгаагаас хоцрогдол үүсэхээр байна. Бас нэг чухал асуудал бол бидний суралцах, хөгжих хандлага. Хорио цээрийн дэглэмийг зарим нь амралт гэж хүлээж аваад, өөрөө өөрийгөө хоцрогдолд оруулаад байгаа залуус ч байна. Тиймээс нэгдүгээрт бид залуучуудынхаа дуу хоолойг сонсож, нийгэмдээ оролцоотой байх боломж олгохыг хүссэн. Хоёрдугаарт боловсролын салбарт тулгамдсан асуудал байна уу, үгүй юу?, асуудал байвал ямар асуудал байна?, яаж шийдэх үү, гарц гаргалгаа нь юу байж болох вэ гэдгийг судлаачид, эрдэмтэд, багш нараас сонсох, гуравдугаарт ажил олгогч, ажилтан, ажил хайгчдаас боловсролын салбарт юу дутагдаж байгааг нь, юу хийхийг хүсэж байгааг нь сонсъё, хөдөлмөрийн зах зээл дэх боловсон хүчний эрэлт хэрэгцээ, шаардлага нь ямар болсон гэдгийг сонсох зорилготойгоор энэ уралдааныг зарласан.

Илтгэлүүд заавал боловсролын хүрээнд бичигдсэн байх ёстой юу. Оролцогчдод нас хязгаар тогтоосон уу?

Аль ч насныхан оролцох боломжтой. Сэдвийн хувьд заавал боловсрол гэхгүй, чөлөөтэй байж болно. Энэ уралдаан маань иргэн бүрийн дуу хоолойгоо илэрхийлэх, нийгэмдээ идэвх оролцоотой байх боломж.

Баг бүрдүүлэн оролцох, аймаг орон нутгаас оролцож болох уу?

Болно, болно. Монгол орны өнцөг булан бүрээс имэйлээр илтгэлээ ирүүлж болно. Хэрвээ эхний шатанд шалгарсан тохиолдолд илтгэлээ хэлэлцүүлэх боломжийг нь олгохоор хичээж байна. Мөн багаараа оролцож болно. Баг шалгарсан тохиолдолд багаа төлөөлж нэг нь илтгэлээ хэлэлцүүлэх боломжтой.
